Leadership - Deacons

At the Berean Bible Student church, the deacons serve as the heart of keeping the Church operating smoothly. They also serve in occasional teaching roles through the year.

Jon Larson

Jon has been a deacon (with one year off) since 1973. Jon has been married to the love of his life, his gracious wife Lynnette, for 36 years. They have four grown children and one grandchild. Jon has worked at UPS since 1970 and likes brown. If Jon had to boil down all his goals and desires to one phrase, then that phrase would be, "to glorify God!"

Steve Teunis

Steve has been a Deacon with the church since 1997.  He and his wonderful wife are very involved in the church and love to serve the Lord in many ways.  We enjoy seeing our children involved as well and growing in their personal walk. Children: Andrew, Alex, Richard, and Zach.
